Nathalie Huby and Primor Sluchin were « fated » to play together. For years, every Wednesday, the sounds of their instruments – the violin and the harp – have been interweaving in the academy where they teach. Both of them being professors, they had only a corridor to cross to form a duo. They did in 2009 during the professors’ concert of their academy in Waremme. So promising was this first experience that they immediately decided to extend it. This rare and alluring duo, combining the magic of the harp with the expressiveness of the violin, quickly gained recognition in the area. Their repertoire gives the audience varied programs : known plays, discoveries and adaptations, sweetness and energy, spanning the centuries, from the baroque era to nowadays.
Primor Sluchin et Nathalie Huby se sont produites à plusieurs reprises à Liège (Salle du Trésor de la Cathédrale) et dans sa région (Waremme, Faimes, ...) ainsi qu’à Mouscron.
